German video-on-demand provider (VOD) Videociety has joined Philips Net TV offering movies in HD quality with Dolby Surround 5.1 sound.The content is sent into the viewers' living rooms in HD streaming mode using the internet connection of the hybrid TV sets or Blu-ray players.
