Of the 153 million requests for TV and radio programmes made during September 4.6 million were from tablets, compared to 4 million in August. In recent months there has been a plateauing of the total number of requests that reached a high in January 2011 with 162 million requests. However, there has been a shift in the mix now that Virgin Media TiVo homes are included in the 90 million online requests, with a further 23 million requests through the old Liberate/TV Navigator middleware.
