Pacific Capital casts investment vote in Senator Jörn Krieger | 04-09-2012 Pacific Capital will become a major shareholder in Senator Entertainment: The Luxembourg-based investment fund has taken over 29.9% of the shares in the Berlin-based movie production company and rights dealer. Pacific Capital was founded in 2007 by European entrepreneur Silvio Scagliaand the company's focus is on realising attractive investment opportunities both in public and private ventures on a global scale. Scaglia was the founder and main shareholder of Italy's second-largest telco Fastweb which he sold to Swiss national telco Swisscom in 2007. Before this, he was CEO of Omnitel, now called Vodafone Italia.
