Amazon announces A+E agreement for Prime Instant Video Editor | 05-01-2013 Striving to remain competitive in the cut-throat over the top (OTT) arena, Amazon has inked a content licensing agreement to add prior seasons of premium series from A+E Networks to its Prime Instant Video service. Under the terms of the deal, the Disney-ABC Television and Hearst Corporation joint venture will supply Amazon with content such as A&E, bio, HISTORY and Lifetime. It will also bring to Prime customers television programming including Pawn Stars, Storage Wars and Dance Moms, which will also be available for purchase through Amazon Instant Video.
