*Arise Networks launches in Europe February 7, 2013 07.35 Europe/London By Robert Briel Nigerian broadcaster Arise Networks has launched two channels aimed at an audience in Europe, Arise News HD and Arise 360. Arise Networks was founded by Nigerian publisher Nduka Obaigbena, publisher of This Day Newspaper and Arise Magazine. Arise News has news centres in London, New York, Lagos and Johannesburg and across international news bureaux in Washington DC, Dakar, Nairobi, Dubai, Rio de Janeiro, Beijing, New Delhi and Los Angeles.
