Cartoon Network develops Asia Pacific production Louise Duffy | 22-11-2013 Cartoon Network has started production on its first first Asia Pacific-made series developed for global distribution, entitled Exchange Student Zero. The series will be ready to air in 2015 around the world and will be followed by another original project, Monster Beach, that will also be available internationally. Both Monster Beach and Exchange Student Zero are being produced in conjunction with Australia-based Bogan Entertainment Solutions.
