From Dusk Til Dawn preps third season DetailsGabriel Miramar-Garcia | 06 March 2016 Miramax and El Rey Network have started production on the third season of the original drama, From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series.Comprised of 10 hour-long episodes, the series, based on the iconic film franchise of the same name, will feature a returning ensemble cast that includes D.J. Cotrona, Zane Holtz, Eiza González, Jesse Garcia, Madison Davenport, Brandon Soo Hoo, and Jake Busey. Filmmaker and El Rey Network founder Robert Rodriguez will return to direct select episodes this season, which begins shooting on 14 March in Albuquerque. "We're taking Season 3 to a whole new level," said Rodriguez, "It's an explosive time in the Dusk world, and the Geckos will be up against new villains with new agendas and powers.
