German pay-TV broadcaster Sky Deutschland will add a spin-off service to its entertainment channel Sky 1 HD showing its programmes time-shifted by one hour.Sky 1 +1 HD will launch on September 22, 2017, a Sky Deutschland spokeswoman told Broadband TV News.
