*Canal 3 will start to digitalize in June The cable operator Canal 3, which belongs to Multimedio Las Flores, located in the locality of Las Flores in the province of Buenos Aires, reached four thousand analog cable users. The Argentine company will start to digitalize its services in June 2010 when the South African World Soccer Cup starts. Armando Ametrano, Director of the company, told NexTV Latam that they were negotiating to digitalize with Dibox and set-to-boxes are expected to be sold at about USD 52. Dibox is a Red Intercable company that belongs to Canal 3 and developed for the digitalization of small and medium size cable operators of the country. The Company's idea is to start to digitalize about 200 homes, which are the ones currently fitted with HDMi plasma TV sets.
