*CS Link ownership changesApril 21, 2010 GES Media Asset has sold its stake in the pre-pay Czech satellite platform CS Link, which is controlled by Media Vision. According to HN, GES Media Asset, which is owned by the media entrepreneur Ivan Zach, recently sold 40% of Media Vision to the Dutch-registered company SP D Corporation. GES Media Asset had initially acquired a 60% stake in Media Vision at the end of 2008. Although no reasons for or financial details of the latest transaction have been disclosed, there are close links between GES Media Asset and CS Link, leading to speculation that it may be little more than a transfer of shares. Significantly, SP D Corporation also controls the third Czech DTT multiplex through the Czech Digital Group (CDG). CS Link, which also operates in neighbouring Slovakia, had sold over 500,000 cards as of the end of last year. Of these, over 419,000 were active.*
