The HD simulcast of Disney XD, which will be available on the Sky platform throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland, means that Sky now offers more than 50 HD channels to subscribers. Disney XD HD is the second Dinsey channel in HD, after the launch of Disney Cinemagic HD, which began broadcasting on Sky on December 3, 2008.
