Walter Presents brings European scripted drama to S4C DetailsEditor | 09 October 2019 Welsh language public service broadcaster S4C has added to its native language original drama slate with leading European scripted content through a new partnership with Channel 4’s Walter Presents.Set to premiere on 22 October with Swedish drama thriller Offeren Stockholm (Stockholm Requiem) on S4C Clic, the Walter Presents ar gyfer S4C slot will feature original, award-winning dramas with Welsh language subtitles on S4C and S4C Clic free-of-charge, with no subscription fees. English subtitles will also be available on each series.The premiere will mark the first time for Offeren Stockholm to be shown in the UK, with the entire series available to watch on-demand. Also on 22 October, the first episode of Afonydd Gwaedlyd (Crimson Rivers) will broadcast on S4C, with the entire series available to watch on S4C Clic at the same time.Commenting on the new partnership, Walter Presents co-founder Walter Iuzzolino said: “We know that Wales is a producer of world-class and award-winning drama, which makes me truly excited to be able to share my selection of dramas with a knowledgeable and progressive audience.
