Apple TV+ ready for smart TV rolloutJanuary 10, 2020 12.31 Europe/London By Julian Clover Apple’s move into TV ‘services’ has been sealed with the announcement of new distribution agreements for Apple TV+ on LG, Sony and VIZIO smart TVs.Already available from iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac, iPod touch, select Samsung smart TVs, and Amazon Fire TV and Roku devices, the new smart TVs will be added later this year. Precise details have not been released.The Apple TV app currently offers over 30 Apple TV channels — including direct subscriptions to premium video services tgar customers can watch both online and offline.“2019 was the biggest year for Services in Apple’s history.
