Telekom restructures in Czech Republic and SlovakiaMarch 1, 2019 08.38 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul Significant changes in the organisational structure and management model will come into effect at T-Mobile Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom today (March 1).An important element of these changes is the abandonment of the current business model of splitting activities into separate B2C and B2B divisions. Another is the creation of a new Division of Customer Experience and Transformation to connect know-how and the knowledge of several federal-level experts. It will be headed by Petr Skodny, currently the chief executive of B2B and ICT for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Each country will have a separate Commercial Division focusing on pricing, sales, customer support, marketing and external communications. Newly covering both B2C and B2B areas, they will be headed in the Czech Republic by Juraj Bóna (until now director of B2C and FMC) and in Slovakia by Dusan Svalek (executive director of the residential segment of TMCZ and ST).
